HELP PLEASE stuck on setup wizard touch android screen

HELP ME PLEASE I recently used Kies to update to ICS but my t989 kept rebooting byitself every 5 minutes so i used ODIN and the stock MD5 file to revert back to GB 2.3.6 which i have done in the past. However, THIS TIME, after ODIN did its thing, my t989 is STUCK on the setup screen where it says "Please touch android to begin" i keep touching the android but nothing happens PLUS i keep getting a force close on android acore and google framework and i dont know what to do. I JUST WANT MY PHONE BACK TO STOCK
